Expanded lunch menu and seasonal brunch menu highlight artful New American cuisine of Chef Todd Villani

With a menu changing to reflect the season and the fresh produce, seafood and artisan products available within the region, Terre à Terre has launched its new lunch and brunch menus.

“Our dinner menu remains our fine-dining foundation featuring simple, artistic dishes with great synergy in flavors, while our lunch and brunch menus provide a more casual, affordable daytime option – be it a quick lunch away from the office or a relaxing hour in our outdoor patio,” says Chef Owner Todd Villani. “We’ve expanded our menus so they offer something for every taste while we remain true to our farm-to-table ethos. With daytime dining becoming more informal, we wanted to offer affordable and convenient daytime dining options ($8 - $13 price point for entrees).”

The new lunch menu – which can now be ordered online and ready for pick up or dine in, or delivered within a 5-mile radius – features some of Chef Villani’s signature dishes such as crispy artichoke hearts served with seasonal ingredients, along with a variety of salads, sandwiches and house specialties, including the Sfoglini organic pasta served with sausage, Brussels sprouts, and mint ricotta.

“Our brunch menu remains the quintessential dining experience,” adds Villani. “We use all the freshest, locally sourced ingredients from the area – most from farms right here in the Garden State.”

Among the menu additions is maple-spiced pork belly and pancakes, which Villani describes as New Jersey’s answer to the well-known fried chicken and waffle pairing. Villani also serves a variety of egg dishes and a stuffed French toast with seasonal fruit compote and Neufchatel cheese. For those who favor lunch dishes for brunch, Villani has added a number of seasonal dishes, including Sfoglini pasta with nettles “mac and cheese,” and a four cheeses grilled cheese.
