Maryland Addiction Recovery Center Announces Sabrina N'Diaye as New Clinical Director
Towson, Maryland (PRWEB) May 19, 2015 -- With the expansion of new clinical office space and new treatment programs, Maryland Addiction Recovery Center is proud to announce the hiring of new Clinical Director Sabrina N'Diaye, PhD, LCSW-C. Sabrina, a twenty-five year veteran of social work, will work alongside MARC Executive Director Sam Bierman to oversee the expansion of clinical programs and services that MARC offers patients and families in the Baltimore, Maryland area and throughout the region. Additionally, she will work directly with MARC's expanding clinical team to introduce exciting new clinical programs, offer guidance and supervision and grow exciting new holistic components inside MARC’s existing clinical framework.
Originally from New York, Sabrina began her career in social work in New York City's foster care system. Since that time, she has worked in residential psychiatric treatment, community mental health, addictions, and private practice. She has also served as a Clinical Marketing Consultant for Marworth Treatment Center of Waverly, PA, focusing on expanding the center's presence in the Mid-Atlantic region and creating a strong relationship marketing base and referral system.
A highly respected member of the treatment community, Sabrina frequently lectures both locally and nationally on incorporating spirituality into psychotherapy, stress management, couples work, self-care for healers and professionals, cultural diversity and addictions. She is certified in trauma treatment and Imago Relationship Therapy. Sabrina is also an adjunct faculty member of the Maryland University of Integrative Health, Saybrook University, and Casa Loma College. She is also a proud faculty member of the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, where she teaches the art of self-care to healthcare professionals around the country as well as The Institute for Advanced Psychotherapy Training and Education, Inc., working with Institute Founder and President Lisa Ferentz.
Sabrina received her doctorate in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University in 2014. Her dissertation research focused on the use of guided imagery as a healing tool for women with chronic STDs.

As the new Clinical Director for Maryland Addiction Recovery Center, Sabrina will clinically manage both MARC's current intensive outpatient (IOP) addiction treatment programs as well as the new Day/Night Treatment with Community Living treatment program.
In discussing her new position as Clinical Director of Maryland Addiction Recovery Center, Sabrina remarked, “I have proudly served the recovery community in Baltimore for over a decade.
