Thomas Price has been appointed general manager of Canterbury International, an internationally-known site furnishings company founded in 1961 and based in Los Angeles. Price has worked with Canterbury’s parent company, The Verdin Co., in various management positions since 2002 and will maintain offices in both Los Angeles and Cincinnati. “The vision of my good friend and Canterbury Founder Larry Snyder still guides the company,” said Verdin Co. President, Jim Verdin. “Larry always said that ‘pleasing public places build strong communities.’ That vision continues to be what the company strives to do, and Tom is carrying that philosophy forward.”
Canterbury International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Verdin Company. a Cincinnati, OH company that is recognized as the preeminent manufacturer and installer of clocks, cast bells, and carillons, and was founded in 1842.
