Kansas City, Mo. (PRWEB) May 20, 2015 -- The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation announced today that the 2016 Kauffman Dissertation Fellowship Program’s Request for Proposals is available online, and proposals are being accepted now through Aug. 19, 2015. The Kauffman Foundation will award up to 15 Dissertation Fellowship grants of $15,000 each to Ph.D., D.B.A. or other doctoral students for the support of dissertations in the area of entrepreneurship.
“Entrepreneurship is an ever-evolving and ever-changing area of research that benefits greatly from examination by scholars from a variety of disciplines approaching its study from difference perspectives,” said E.J. Reedy, director in Research and Policy at the Foundation. “Past Fellows have produced among the first research examining cutting-edge and relevant topics, such as crowdfunding and the Affordable Care Act’s potential influence on entrepreneurship. We are eager to see the contributions that this new group of Fellows will make to the important field of entrepreneurship.”
