With these new password features, SmartFile gives administrators more control without added liability. New controls include the ability to set the total minimum character count and the minimum number of alpha, numeric and special characters. This release also includes password expiration, reusage and reset controls. Overall, administrators can set the SmartFile application to force user passwords to meet organization rules or PCI and HIPAA regulations.
