Jessica Jones recognized for innovative practices in recruiting top talent to Utah

Today, at the 16th Annual 30 Women to Watch Awards Luncheon, CLEARLINK’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Jessica Jones, was recognized as one of Utah’s most influential women in business. This is the second consecutive year that one of CLEARLINK’s female leadership has been recognized for this prestigious award.

The event, sponsored by Utah Business Magazine, recognizes Utah’s most successful and influential women as selected by their peers, giving the local business community a chance to commend the honorees for giving so much devotion to their professions and organizations.

“Jessica models all of the key attributes of a strong leader. She works hard, accomplishes much, pushes her team to grow and develop and is constantly innovating,” said Sam Funk, CFO and President of Home Services at CLEARLINK. “She is a leader in her field and in her community, and we are proud to have her as a senior leader at CLEARLINK.”

At today’s event, Jones was honored for developing and implementing innovative ways of recruiting talent. CLEARLINK employees are diverse and many are in a millennial demographic, so Jones has implemented practices heavily using social media recruiting to demonstrate CLEARLINK culture, people and benefits in an engaging and personal way.
