Jerdon Style, a leading player in the specialty bath and beauty industry for over 35 years, announced today its acquisition of Telegraph Hill Robes of San Francisco. The acquisition was finalized on May 5 adding luxury robes, wraps and covers to Jerdon Style’s growing portfolio that includes Jerdon magnification mirrors, ProVersa hair dryers, Warmrails towel warmers and dryers, Corby Pants Pressers and related products for the bath and beauty segment in both retail and hospitality.
Telegraph Hill was founded in the late 1980s by Bob and Maria Spurlock to meet the demanding standards of America’s top hotels, resorts and spas. High quality fabrics combined with exceptional design and detailing quickly earned accolades including “Best in the Industry” by the Wall Street Journal and Smart Money and a “Must Have for the Indulgence Seeker” by Martha Stewart.
According to Bruce Grieve, Jerdon Style’s President and Chief Executive, “The acquisition of Telegraph Hill Robes is a perfect fit for our company. The quality is right in line with our high standards and the product line strengthens our position as a leading player in the huge specialty bath and beauty market.”
Bob and Maria stated that they were looking to take their company to the next level and found Jerdon Style to be the right company to accomplish it. “Jerdon Style has greater depth of resources and a strong global distribution network that we believe will quickly embrace our products” stated Bob Spurlock. “We’re really excited to see just how far this can go,” added Maria Spurlock.
