We're thrilled to be live with Landmark in Douglas County
(PRWEB) May 20, 2015
The Douglas County, Colorado Clerk and Recorders office is widely recognized as a leader in expanding public service through technology. The legacy of being the first County in Colorado to successfully accept electronic recordings and to electronically certify copies pushes the County to continually look ahead and find ways to improve services for business partners, customers and staff.
This week, the County achieved another milestone by going live with the Landmark Official Records System from Pioneer Technology Group.
The Landmark Official Records system enables Counties and Registers of Deeds offices to streamline processes and improve public service when recording land records. The system includes extensive options for searching public records, simple e-commerce payments, and numerous time and labor saving features for the staff and management of Recorders and Registers of Deeds offices.
“We’re thrilled to be live in Douglas County” said Steve Rumsey, President of Pioneer. “Pioneer has built a strong reputation for innovative system design, responsive support, and for partnering with our customers. We’re grateful that Counties across the Country are selecting Landmark and recommending us to their peers within the industry.”
