This is the third year eTERA has been named as a finalist for this award.

Selected from a pool of nearly 200 nominations, the finalists represent organizations from the Washington, DC, metropolitan area that promotes employee development as part of their culture.

eTERA was selected by a panel of independent judges for the innovation and impact of their employee development programs as they relate to engagement, growth and community service.
