Then on Saturday, June 13, participants will learn how to barbecue like a champion in “Competition Cooking.” Demonstrations and instructions on the preparation, flavor profile and presentation of championship beef brisket, pork, ribs, pork butts and chicken will be given.

“Q-School is designed to teach everyone from the backyard enthusiasts to commercial and competitive chefs to master the art of barbequing on a Lang BBQ Smoker®,” states Lang. “Although owning a Lang BBQ Smoker® is not required, most participants pick up a pre-ordered Lang BBQ Smoker® at Q-School. This gives them the opportunity to learn how to use their smoker cooker from master barbecue chefs and the Q-School faculty. As an added bonus, participants meet and network with like-minded people who love to barbeque – often leading to lasting friendships and business associations.”
