Last year we introduced the SharePoint integration to our mobile solution for Dynamics CRM. Exactly the year after, we decided to add on to the integration with other systems. This time with Dropbox.

Resco Mobile CRM, a leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM mobile client, will soon support Dropbox - the major file hosting service for storing documents, photos, videos and other files.

With this new feature, CRM users can access the Dropbox files anytime in their mobile phones and tablets, keep them organized, update them by synchronizing the latest content & collaborate with others.
The CRM records stored in Dropbox will now be available offline via Resco mobile CRM app.

CRM users will be able to associate their Dropbox files with CRM records starting in the beginning of June.

All of the specific details will be revealed at the resco.next conference in Vienna, Austria on June 8-9, 2015 during the session “An exclusive walkthrough of the newly added capabilities”.
