Opened in May of this year, Evolution Wellness Spa brings many facets of the exploding personal wellbeing industry together under one roof:

Customized facials, massages and body treatments in the spa are performed with plant-and food-based products that are vegan and gluten-free, and include ingredients such as cucumber, mint, apple, chia, turmeric and sunflower. The treatment menu includes enhancements which, when combined with the different service options, will permit each client to receive results specifically targeting their needs; another example of the highly personalized service.
Yoga classes include those targeted to bikers, runners, and oncology patients, as well as general flow and guided meditation classes. Evolution offers a weekly workshop on topics such as “The Benefits of Aromatherapy,” “Kicking Your Sugar Cravings,” and “Farmers Market Shopping Strategies.”
The retail and gift area carries a wide array of items, from skin and body care by Yum and Juara, Erbaviva aromatherapy and personal care, yoga and meditation tools, to books, candles and mala bead jewelry. Gift cards are also available.
As diet and nutrition are key to healthy living, Evolution offers one-on-one Nutritional Counseling and Health Coaching sessions, as well as workshops. Whether the desire is to lose weight, gain energy, or just adopt healthy habits, an Evolution staff member can guide clients on their journey. Evolution also offers fresh organic smoothies from holistic nutritionist Anna Frumkin’s Green Glow Love as a healthy snack or meal replacement.
