BluMarc has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey among companies like Edward Jones, Meridian Health and MetLife Solutions Group. The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program is made up of 100 companies split into two groups: 65 small/medium-sized companies (15-249 employees) and 35 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees). BluMarc has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the small/medium category. This survey and award program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state's economy, its workforce and businesses.
The two-part process that determines the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey started with an evaluation of companies from across the state. This evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The phase was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation and was followed by an employee survey. The survey was conducted to measure the experience of the employees. This phase was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. The overall registration and survey process was managed by Best Companies Group (BCG). BCG also analyzed the data provided and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
Eligibility requirements are as follows: Company has a minimum of 15 employees in New Jersey; For-profit, non-profit or government entity; Business can be publicly or privately held; Facility must be in New Jersey; An award reception and ceremony wase held on Thursday April 30th, 2015 at the Hilton East Brunswick. Melissa White, President of BluMarc, attended the event along with some of the BluMarc team. BluMarc is honored and proud to be recognized as the 25th best company to work for.
