The new CBS ArcSafe® RSA-56C actuator allows technicians to remotely close or open the circuit breakers from a safe distance while remaining stationed outside the arc-flash boundary.

Installation and operation of the CBS ArcSafe RSA-56C do not require any modifications to the existing electrical equipment. The CBS ArcSafe RSA-56C is compatible with all type THQD, THQDL, TQD, and TQDL General Electric Q-Line MCCBs with 2/3 poles and rated for 100-225A. Typical applications of these circuit breakers include switchboards, motor control centers and lighting, power, and customized control panelboards. The CBS ArcSafe RSA-56C is a cost-effective solution for keeping operators safe when compared to other arc-flash mitigation alternatives.
