Writers and editors can use the latest oXygen® XML Editor with the Vasont® CCMS to make creating, editing, and managing content a wedded process. Vasont Systems, a top component content management system (CCMS) software provider, certified that their Vasont Universal Integrator (VUI) extension supports oXygen XML Editor Version 17.0, Syncro Soft’s latest software update.

The Vasont Universal Integrator extension merges key editorial functionality of the Vasont CCMS into the oXygen interface. Using the VUI, users have the ability to manage and track content for reuse, repurposing, and versioning in the Vasont CCMS while creating and editing XML content in oXygen. This integration provides a smooth and efficient production cycle. The VUI allows users to eliminate toggling between two different programs. Instead, they can access the Vasont CCMS functionality from the oXygen toolbar allowing users to unify XML editorial processes as one.

Released in May, 2015, oXygen XML Editor 17.0 exhibits new features and tools for a productive and enjoyable working environment. oXygen 17.0 includes an upgraded user interface design, Quick-fix and Auto-correct support, new API updates, XML refactoring tools, and many more features to improve the functionality of the XML Editor. oXygen offers writers, reviewers, and editors that use the Vasont CCMS a simple editorial environment in which to thrive.
