ServiceMax Honors WirelessWerks and W. Vernon Whiteley at Maximize 2015 Event

ServiceMax, a market leader in field service management solutions, announced two of ForeFront’s clients as 2015 winners of its inaugural MaxChoice Awards at their annual Maximize Conference. The MaxChoice Awards program recognizes customers who have successfully implemented ServiceMax and are experiencing a great success as a result.

ForeFront, a cloud integration solution provider, worked with both recognized clients to customize ServiceMax solutions and optimize their Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) processes. Both clients, WirelessWerks and W. Vernon Whiteley offered unique field service challenges. WirelessWerks is North America’s leading provider of field quality audit services for cell towers. Its clients include all major telecom carriers like AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile. WirelessWerks was recognized for its creative optimization of ServiceMax solution and won the “We Keep the World Running” Award. W. Vernon Whiteley is a regional provider of full service plumbing, heating and air conditioning. Based on cutting edge technology, its service operations are highly efficient. W. Vernon Whiteley was recognized for its forward thinking business approach and won the “Rookie of the Year” Award.
