This year brings a lot of exciting changes for Continental National Bank, beginning with the appointment of Mr. Lleonart as our new COO.

Continental National Bank, Miami’s premier community source for financial services for small businesses and entrepreneurs, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rodolfo “Rudy” Lleonart as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Lleonart will oversee all areas of branch operations, administration and sales of the 40 year old financial institution, including the opening of Continental’s new Downtown Doral branch in summer 2015.

“This year brings a lot of exciting changes for Continental National Bank, beginning with the appointment of Mr. Lleonart as our new COO,” said Jacqueline Dascal-Chariff, Chairman of Continental National Bank. “Given Mr. Lleonart’s depth of knowledge and experience in community banking, I know that he will serve as a great asset for Continental, and I am extremely happy to have him on board.”

Mr. Lleonart joins Continental National Bank from Sabadell United Bank, where he served as Regional Executive Manager of Personal and Business Banking. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Lleonart has overseen the development of established and de novo banks, specializing in retail and commercial banking, business development and branch administration.
