It is an exciting time to focus on end-user practitioners who are managing their data and implementing analytics in the cloud, on the mobile platform, and in smaller businesses.

Enterprise Management Associates (EMA), a leading IT and data management research and consulting firm, today announced that Lyndsay Wise has joined the firm as research director of the business intelligence and data warehousing practice. Wise’s research will add depth to EMA’s research themes of data acquisition, data management, business analytics, knowledge presentation, and collaboration.
Wise’s research will focus on the fundamental drivers of empowering business intelligence with an emphasis on implementations for the mid-sized (less than 500 headcount) marketplace. The addition of Wise bolsters EMA’s ability to provide its clients with the most comprehensive analysis of technologies for empowering business intelligence and analytics.
“I am thrilled to join EMA and to contribute to the success of our clients with my upcoming research and consulting work,” said Wise. “It is an exciting time to focus on end-user practitioners who are managing their data and implementing analytics in the cloud, on the mobile platform, and in smaller businesses.”
Wise recently served as the president and founder of Wise Analytics, a boutique analyst and consulting firm. Previously, Wise worked as a business systems analyst at Toyota Canada, Inc. focused on data warehousing and analytics design.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Wise and admiring her attention to detail and client focus,” noted John L Myers, managing research director of business intelligence and data warehousing at EMA. “Lyndsay will bring her experience and vision for business intelligence—in particular, the mid-market—to EMA and the benefit of our coverage and clients.”
