Beautiful gardens, award-winning dining, and luxurious rooms and suites are what sets this Vermont bed and breakfast apart from others.
Weston, Vermont (PRWEB) May 27, 2015
The Inn at Weston, a bed and breakfast and restaurant in Weston, Vermont, announced today that it has been recognized as a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame winner. The Certificate of Excellence award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. The ‘Hall of Fame’ was created to honor those businesses that have earned a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years. Winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.
“It is a true honor to be awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence five years in a row. To be inducted into the ‘Hall of Fame’ is a true source of pride and we’d like to thank all of our past guests who took the time to complete a review on TripAdvisor,” said Bob and Linda Aldrich, Owner/Innkeepers at The Inn at Weston. “There is no greater seal of approval than being recognized by one’s guests, and it is a wonderful reflection on our continued commitment to excellence and hospitality.”
About The Inn at Weston:
Named a "Romantic Hideaway" by DiscerningTraveler.com, the Inn is just steps from Weston's idyllic village green and is convenient to a plethora of attractions and outdoor recreation opportunities in Southern Vermont. Beautiful gardens, award-winning dining, and luxurious rooms and suites are what sets this Vermont bed and breakfast apart from others. Located within walking distance to the renowned Weston Playhouse and village attractions, the Inn is ideally situated to be the perfect base for many different activities...or a delightful respite from a hectic world. It is also known as romantic location to host intimate weddings and elopements.
Innkeepers Bob and Linda Aldrich bought The Inn at Weston in 2001 after retiring from their former medical careers, Bob as a Cardiologist, and Linda as a Cardiac Rehabilitation nurse. They quickly set to work making improvements to the Inn, including adding a guest library, beautiful deck and garden gazebo, and offering live piano nightly at the restaurant. When asked about it Linda said “It may not look like retirement to most folks but we have had the time of lives turning this quaint inn into a destination to discover, and not just a place to stay. It’s great fun meeting new people from around the world and introducing them to the area.”
"Winning the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years is a remarkable feat. TripAdvisor is pleased to induct five-time award winners into the ‘Hall of Fame’,” said Marc Charron President, TripAdvisor for Business. “By putting a spotlight on businesses that are focused on consistently delivering great service to customers, TripAdvisor not only helps drive an improvement to hospitality standards around the world, it also gives businesses both large and small the ability to shine and stand out from the competition.”
When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honorees that takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period as well as business’s tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
