Innovation and Customer Relations focus drives new client aquisition at Conveyor Networks
(PRWEB UK) 28 May 2015 -- The business’s ongoing focus on improving communication with and service to customers has been rewarded with 50% of recent contract wins coming from existing customers. WH Smith, Gameseek and Tate & Lyle have all committed to new projects, incorporating PLC programming and our own warehouse software suite Imio. In particular Imio is developing continuously supporting manual through to fully automated operations.
With the addition of new customers Technicolour and Spicers we continue to provide bespoke systems, solving our customer’s issues cost effectively.
Managing Director David Carroll commented “We recognise that you can always improve. We regularly ask our customers for feedback and have used this to change some of our processes for the better. Many of our strengths come from being a small, flexible company able to react very quickly when needed. We supplement this with an excellent partner network enabling us to provide exactly what our customers need - initially and afterwards with comprehensive support.
We’re delighted that our online customer portal will be ready for beta testing shortly. It was developed in response to some of the feedback we’ve had and will allow us to offer our customers many more options for accessing the latest information about their accounts including case reports, quote requests, spares availability and training tutorials.”
Notes to Editors
Imio is an intelligent warehouse software suite for e-commerce, retail and FMCG. It links virtual host systems (e.g. ERP, WMS) to physical operations and can be used for complete process management (inbound and outbound) or as discreet applications. It is wholly owned and developed by Conveyor Networks.
