Best Practices for Global Businesses to Manage Cost, Cash and Risk to be Highlighted

On Monday, May 27, Dolphin’s Brian Shannon will present a special learning lab focused on moving from good to great Order-to-Cash efficiency. This hands-on session will demonstrate how to identify opportunities for process improvements across the entire O2C mega-process and emphasize the importance of balancing standardization, compliance and workforce flexibility. On Thursday, May 28 at 4:00 p.m., a case study will be presented on behalf of Tennant Company discussing best practices for efficiently completing audits in a global business process environment. The session will showcase how customers have been able to lower costs, improve cash flow and mitigate risk through standardized processes and improved audit controls.
