KZA Realty Group Formally Welcomes Gina Watson with First Deal
Bronx, NY (PRWEB) May 27, 2015 -- KZA Realty Group's Licensed Salesperson, Gina Watson, recently celebrated her first deal with the commercial real estate brokerage and development consulting firm.
Watson, who obtained her Associates Degree in Visual Arts at Westchester Community College, began her career in real estate with KZA Realty Group in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. During that time, she worked directly with lifelong friend and mentor, Kathy Zamechansky, President of KZA. So when it came time to take the next step in commercial real estate, she says sticking with KZA was an easy choice.
"Anyone who knows Kathy knows she is one of the hardest working women out there," says Watson. "Her energy, vast knowledge and experience in the real estate field drew me into it and inspired me to work hard at it. I knew I would gain a certain kind of experience working with Kathy that I would not find somewhere else, and I consider myself very lucky to be able to learn this business from her."
In 2013, Watson became a Licensed Salesperson which entered her into commercial sales and leasing with clients including property owners, medical users, retailers, restaurants, churches, general office users, investors and developers. She has continued to fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant as well, by which she drafts all agreements and invoices for all KZA agents, plans events, and does web design and interior and exterior rendering design, and research and analysis for KZA. Watson has also been working to obtain her broker's license as she looks forward to broadening her scope of work.
"My goal is to expand my expertise to include not only brokerage, but also other aspects of the real estate industry, including appraisals, planning and development, and multi-family housing," Watson says.
Outside of her work with KZA Realty Group Inc., Watson is a regular supporter of St. Jude's Children's Hospital and the ASPCA, and enjoys yoga and reading.
