The firm was founded by Andre Boreas, an industry veteran whose background includes manager due diligence, portfolio management and product marketing. Most recently, he was the Director of Alternative Investments at Intralinks, Inc. where he oversaw the marketing and strategy efforts in delivering critical investor communication capabilities for many of the world's leading private equity, real estate and hedge fund firms. He started his career at Thomson Reuters and worked at Abbott Capital, a private equity fund-of-funds as well as at PFM Advisors, an institutional investment consulting firm where he lead all manager research activities. In addition, Mr. Boreas was a co-portfolio manager at an institutionally-focused fund-of-hedge funds and, before joining Intralinks, was the Chief Investment Officer at a large NYC-based family office.
