Cohen Industrial Supply has been awarded the primary pipe, valves and fittings contract, valued at $ 5.5 million, for the construction of the McAllen, Texas South Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Today Cohen Industrial Supply Co. announced that it has been awarded the primary pipe, valves and fittings contract, valued at $ 5.5 million, for the construction of the McAllen, Texas South Wastewater Treatment Plant, according to Mr. Leslie Cohen, company president.

“We are pleased to be working on another large project with CSA Construction, Inc. as the general contractor and with the McAllen Public Utility District” Mr. Cohen said. “As our company has grown to be one of the largest process piping fabrication and distribution companies in the industry, this contract is one of our larger projects,” he added.

Cohen is not only responsible for the staged deliveries of all critical ductile iron, PVC pipe and stainless pipe, valves, fitting and hangers, but the company is also supplying all electronic assembly drawings, valve start-up and training services.
