Steiner Tractor Parts & Mecum Auctions Announce a Long-Term Partnership
Lennon, Michigan (PRWEB) May 28, 2015 -- Steiner Tractor Parts and Mecum Auctions are both household names in the antique tractor industry. Recently, the two companies came to an agreement to partner on live events as well as the popular Gone Farmin’ program on RFD-TV produced by Mecum Auctions staff. Steiner Tractor Parts will continue to air commercials during the popular program on Tuesdays at 5:30pm ET and Saturdays at 11:30am ET. The aftermarket parts supplier will also have a presence at the live auctions held by Mecum Auctions through 2017.
The two companies began working together last year when Mecum Auctions approached the advertising staff at Steiner Tractor Parts about a possibility of airing commercials during the Gone Farmin’ show. This recent deal extends the commercial air time and also expands coverage for Steiner Tractor Parts to include a booth and physical presence at the 4 live auctions held by Mecum in 2015.
“We are excited to be a partner with a power house like Mecum. Both companies hold a natural respect for each other and share a common goal in preserving old iron,” shares Andrew Wilberding, Advertising Director at Steiner Tractor Parts.
Steiner Tractor Parts has invested heavily in video technology over the last year, culminating in the launch of SteinerTractor.TV in February 2015. The partnership with Mecum Auctions continues this commitment to video by placing Steiner Tractor Parts in a traditional television media outlet. The partnership provides a valuable parts’ supplier resource to potential buyers of vintage tractors helping them fully restore their auction purchase and realize its full value and potential. Both Mecum Auctions and Steiner Tractor Parts are privately held, family owned and run corporations.
