Water Country Opens for its 31st Season on June 6
Portsmouth, NH (PRWEB) May 28, 2015 -- Water Country opens for its 31st summer season on June 6 and 7, 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests will see several new additions to the water park, including new suite cabanas, electronic lockers, a refurbished play area, and new menu items.
From thrilling water rides, to a relaxing quarter-mile float down the Adventure River, Water Country is 26-acres of fun for the whole family. Race a friend on the Double Dive Boggan or take a dip into the Giant Wave Pool, New England’s largest wave pool containing 700,000 gallons of fun. Even the tiniest of tots will have fun. Watch them conquer their first waterslide at Ollie Octopus and splash their way through the Tahiti Tree House.
The water park’s new wave pool suite cabanas are the perfect way to enjoy the day. Cabanas vary in size and are located at the Giant Wave Pool and the Pirate’s Lagoon. Reservations can be made online at http://www.watercountry.com/plan-a-visit/cabanas.
Also new for 2015 are electronic lockers, a completely refurbished Tahiti Treehouse Child play area, and new food items. This summer you can find a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and Oreo Stuffed Churros, a tasty, twisted treat with fried dough and filled with Oreos, on the menu.
After spending the day at Water Country, upgrade your Ticket to a Season Pass – it’s less than the cost of visiting to the park twice. Now through June 27, the Basic Season Pass is just $59.99.
Water Country will be open June 6, 7, 13, and 14, and opens daily starting June 18 through September 7. General Admission is $38.99, and Junior (under 48”) and Senior (55+) Admission is $26.99.
