GoChime Makes True-Identity Retargeting Across Mobile and Desktop Facebook Available to Act-On Users

The integration enables Act-On clients to retarget known-customers in realtime by list, segment, or email behavior with mobile and desktop Facebook ads. Marketers can now engage marketing qualified leads and/or customers across a secondary channel, Facebook, to double the total number of leads or customers nurtured.

The integration is made possible by GoChime’s Automated Custom Audience Management feature that enables a real-time exchange of anonymous customer data between a marketer’s Act-On account and Facebook ad campaigns. In other words, as customer data changes in Act-On, GoChime automatically adds and removes those members from relevant paid social campaigns across Facebook. This real-time exchange of data carries the promise of “right content, right time, right person” beyond email to Facebook, unifying the marketing message across the two most heavily used channels by internet users, email and social media.

With over 60% of all internet traffic coming from mobile devices, being able to reach leads across mobile is a significant capability for marketers.
