After losing her husband of many years to cancer, Janet in time realized that most men are navigating the dating waters with much needed guidance. Janet determined men question dating scenarios exactly the same way women do. Recognizing an opportunity and utilizing her expertise in styling, she began consulting with men in Chicago giving them not only fashion advice and home styling services but insight on how to date women. Now having released her first e-book on the topic, she hopes to help men make better connections and give them a peek in the mind of a woman.
“I was frustrated with going on dates with guys that just didn’t seem to ‘get it’. The horror stories I could tell, that I know women everywhere would agree – ranges from humorous to plain bad,” says Ms. Shepherd. “Not to say that the men were not a good match but it just seems like a lot of men are not on the same page as women… often not even in the same library! I hope this e-book will give men an understanding of how to better themselves and help guide them to finding a woman that is right for them.”
