Five Android Podcast App Partners Implement One Click Subscribe on Android by Blubrry
Las Vegas, Nevada (PRWEB) May 28, 2015 -- Since its launch in April, five app developers have implemented the One Click Subscribe on Android by podcast service resource Blubrry. Until One Click, subscribing to a show on Android was an arduous, multi-step process; the feature provides Android audiences a simple solution, said Angelo Mandato, CIO of RawVoice, Blubrry’s parent company.

Spreaker confirmed that they also will be implementing the One Click Subscribe protocol on their website, to make it easy for podcast listeners to subscribe to podcasts.

Blubrry is enthused about the positive reaction from developers, podcast listeners and content creators.
Kevin Hausmann, developer behind Podcatcher Deluxe, reports: “The Blubrry team was very supportive and the two lines of code were literally all it took to implement Subscribe on Android.”
For Android users, searching for a show used to be difficult, Bryan Goodwin host of the Podcast Dojo notes in his blog post: “If [listeners] are not able to find it because of whatever reason, then they have to do the multi-step trial of patience. Most podcast listeners give up before they even try these following steps.
“The incredibly smart guys over at Blubrry have come up with a solution, and this solution is pretty innovative,” Goodwin writes. Blubrry “created the necessary protocols for podcast managers [and] developers to add to their apps for the simple One Click Subscribe on Android.”
