Confluent Health and Fit for Work Announce Acquisition of Groves WorkReady
Louisville, KY (PRWEB) July 13, 2015 -- Confluent Health is proud to announce that through Fit for Work (FFW), a national provider of innovative workplace health, wellness, ergonomic, and safety services, has partnered with Minnesota-based Groves WorkReady, effective immediately.
“John has not only been an avid supporter of Fit for Work, but for years he and his team have continued to ‘give back’ through best practices, positive community impact, and most assuredly growth of Fit for Work,” said Tom Tobin, MBA, OTR, CEO of Fit for Work and Confluent Health partner. “This is an exciting time for us and we are honored to welcome the Groves WorkReady team into the family.”
“We are thrilled to be combining forces with the Confluent Health team. Groves WorkReady and Fit for Work have had a wonderful partnership for the last eight years. We look forward to seeing how this merger will allow us both to grow and provide our services on a national level,” said John Groves, who will continue to be a partner in "Fit for Work WorkReady", a distinct business unit under Fit for Work that will expand the Fit for Work brand on a national basis.
The partnership was a natural step for Groves WorkReady (GWR), who became the first Fit for Work licensee in June 2007 and quickly dove into providing Fit for Work services full time. Since 2007, GWR has continued to drive new Fit for Work services in 5 states and dozens of companies through the efforts of CEO John Groves, DPT, and his 15+ staff members.
