Beginning in 1980, the YWCA pioneered programs to recognize outstanding achievements of their female employees leading to the TWIN (Tribute to Women in Industry) Awards. Jessica Kalloch joined the San Diego plumbing company in 2010 as the Business Development Director. It was the first position of its kind in the industry, developed by Jessica and based on the much needed personal “concierge style” services devoted to commercial account customers. Jessica is the point of contact for all new commercial business and serves as a liaison between customer, office and field employees ensuring the highest level of customer care and communication. She actively solicits new business throughout San Diego and has increased sales for the Bill Howe Family of Companies year after year.
Jessica was nominated for the TWIN recognition by the San Diego plumber for her tireless efforts and commitment to her position and industry. In addition to her day to day responsibilities, she also Chairs two industry association boards and is an active member of three others. “Jessica not only excels at her career, but is a dynamic individual with seemingly infinite energy,” said Tina Howe, Vice President of the Bill Howe Family of Companies. “She practices yoga, chairs several association boards, travels and always does it with style and a positive attitude. In 2014, Jessica was also presented with the Women Who Mean Business Award by the San Diego Business Journal, chosen by the San Diego Apartment Association (SDBEA) as the Allied Member of the Year, and named by Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as the Chairperson of The Year.
