Acer’s Nidhi Nayyar Tassone and Sonia Vasudeva Named to 2015 CRN Women of the Channel List
SAN JOSE, Calif. (PRWEB) June 01, 2015 -- Acer America today announced that Nidhi Nayyar Tassone, channel and education marketing manager and Sonia Vasudeva, channel marketing manager have been named to The Channel Company’s prestigious 2015 CRN® Women of the Channel. The annual list honors outstanding female executives across vendor channel organizations, distributors, solution providers and other women prominently involved in the IT channel ecosystem for their successes and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward.
This year’s Women of the Channel were carefully reviewed and selected by the editors of CRN based on their accomplishments and the influence they wield over the technology channel.
Nayyar Tassone is responsible for the development, management and execution of Acer’s marketing programs and promotions for increasing the company’s brand awareness within the K-12 education vertical and for Acer’s DMR and reseller channel partners. Her many channel-wide K-12 marketing initiatives contributed to Acer’s market share leadership in Chromebooks in 2014.
Vasudeva develops and manages the marketing programs and promotions for Acer’s distribution and reseller channel partners. Her efforts helped increase the ACE (Acer Channel Excellence) reseller community from 900 in 2013 to 1,200 in 2014. In addition, average revenue per partner enrolled in the ACE program increased by more than 12 percent year-on-year based on Acer’s industry-leading back-end rebates and its significantly expanded professional product portolio.
