Abington Hospital to Host Cancer Survivorship Event
(PRWEB) May 30, 2015 -- On Sunday, June 14, 2015, The Rosenfeld Cancer Center at Abington Hospital – Jefferson Health will host Journey to Survivorship, a celebration for cancer survivors throughout the community. A keynote speaker, brunch and resources for cancer survivors and their families will be provided.
The guest speaker at the event will be Kathy LaTour, editor-at-large for Cure magazine. Initially diagnosed with breast cancer in 1986, and then again in 2007, LaTour provides a unique perspective to her inspiring message, combining knowledge, passion and a keen sense of humor as she empowers others in their journey to survivorship.
