Wes Pollard is an operationally-minded CFO and with over 20 years executive experience for public, private and start up technology companies. Most recently he served as the CFO and Board member of a Morrisville, NC-based company which provided regulatory and compliance services to publically traded companies utilizing a cloud based platform. During his tenure the company increased their market cap by a 10x multiple, uplisted the stock from the OTCBB to NYSE MKTS, and completed eight acquisitions. He was also a key member of an executive team that successfully sold a company that sold accessories for mobile electronics for cash proceeds in excess of $100 million in 2007.
Mr. Pollard’s practice focus will be on Finance and Operations.
