XBOSoft CEO, Philip Lew will be a featured presenter on wearables and mobile apps at the Better Software Conference West taking place at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, June 7-12, 2015.
Phil Lew will lead two half-day tutorials, as well as present as a speaker, during the software development conference. On Monday, June 8 at 1:00pm, Wearables: Navigating the Perfect Storm of Sensors, Big Data, Privacy and Security will explore the new generation of personalized technology and the challenges of app development, data security, and identification of key contextual elements. The Tuesday, June 9, 1:00pm tutorial, Mobile App Usability and UX for Developers and Testers, will take a look at the definitions of usability and user experience, the connections between them, and evaluation methods to improve UX.
On Thursday, June 11 at 1:30pm Lew will speak about The Coming Mobile Wearables World, explaining how mobile devices will become the data aggregator for wearable applications and how to incorporate context into mobile app design and development.

Phil Lew has worked with hundreds of organizations to assess the quality of their software, examine software quality processes, and set forth measurement plans to improve software quality using systematic methods. His Ph.D. research in software quality and usability resulted in several IEEE and ACM journal publications and in various trade journals.
