The new software, named Enprojo®, combines task manager, journal and book features seamlessly joined to a team communication tool facilitating idea sharing.

Users enter and organize tasks, assign responsibilities and track team progress toward specific or general goals. Each team member can assign or claim tasks within the group. The Enprojo® journal feature likewise allows users to catalog the ups and downs, successes or challenges along the way to profits, she notes.
Entries are recorded in real time and can be transferred to a “book” where users are able to review information pertaining to each task or goal. Graphs, photos and other documents can be added or edited at any point. The evolving book can be shared with other groups inside or outside the organization.
“Books are a great way to share your organization’s story,” adds Anderson. “They can for example be used as impromptu procedure manuals or for staff education regarding best business practices.”
All information remains stored on the cloud and available online for as long as Enprojo® users maintain active subscriptions. Upon account termination, the information can be downloaded and saved as a word document.
Still in beta version, the software is being offered at a 30% discount to new clients.
