Oak Brook Tech Firm Named One of the Best Places to Work in Illinois
Oak Brook, Illinois (PRWEB) June 02, 2015 -- The Illinois Chamber of Commerce has ranked 3Points, LLC as one of the 2015 Best Places to Work in Illinois in the small company category, defined as companies with 15 to 99 employees. The award is supported in part by the Daily Herald Business Ledger and Best Companies Group.
Participating companies submitted applications and employee email addresses to the chamber last February. A full seventy-five percent of the selection process was based on direct employee feedback. The 2015 Best Places to Work in Illinois research addressed employer benefits and policies, employee engagement and job satisfaction.
“I think a lot of it has to do with our employees,” commented 3Points President Kevin Doyle. “We’ve gotten good at recruiting and retention. It’s an area that I think a lot of small businesses struggle with. Nowadays we hire great people, and support them. 3Points was not as effective at it several years ago.
