Work Partners Awarded Summit Elite Designation for Superior Performance
(PRWEB) June 01, 2015 -- Work Partners recently received a Summit Elite designation from Pinnacol Assurance for the second time in a row, making the Grand Junction occupational health clinic the only SelectNet clinic in the Grand Valley to do so.
This spring, Pinnacol Assurance awarded its Clinic Performance Initiative (CPI) Summit Elite designation to 19 SelectNet primary care clinics for superior performance, as demonstrated by their maintenance of a five-star rating for two or more consecutive six month metric periods. Work Partners has maintained a five-star rating for over 24 months.
SelectNet primary care providers (PCP) are evaluated on their ability to accurately address maximum medical improvement form completion, clinic reviews, timely medical record submission, and the thoroughness with which they address modified duty. Work Partners performs numerous checks and balances to ensure the accuracy of the clinic’s work. For instance, Work Partners requires two people to analyze each document before sending it to Pinnacol or clients.
Based on the Pinnacol Assurance Performance Initiative Program Guidelines, Work Partners has scored a 99 percent for two consecutive CPI periods. A Summit Elite designation and CPI ratings help employers make informed decisions about their companies’ medical providers, especially since April’s House Bill 1383 mandates policyholders designate an additional two providers. The ratings also help ensure injured workers receive excellent services and care.
“We pride ourselves on communicating accurate and timely information to all parties involved, from the insurance company to the employee and employer, which results in high-quality care and low-cost claims,” said Mason Klebold, President.
