With these additions, the company will be able to provide services in the Denver, Chicago and Philadelphia regions.

DealSource Partners, provider of the highest quality merger and acquisition, corporate finance and strategic advisory services to middle market companies, is proud to announce three additions to the company: Ken Hoganson, Jon Wiley and Ken Lacy.

Hoganson joins the Chicago office as a managing partner. Wiley was selected as managing partner of the Denver office and Lacy will be a managing partner in Philadelphia.

Each of the new hires are familiar faces in the industry and have proven themselves to be among the best at what they do in M&A processes.

“I’ve worked with each of these gentlemen over the last two decades in one capacity or another,” said Larry Bear, managing partner at the New York office. “I knew as DealSource Partners set its sights on growth, we needed these experts, all of whom have built exemplary reputations, to be part of that growth.”

Wiley has 20 years behind him in the financial analysis and advisory industry, beginning his career with Standard & Poors as a senior analyst for public companies in gaming, oil and gas industries. He moved on to the banking industry where he managed more than $150 million in assets.

Hoganson has gained an international reputation for his leadership in the M&A profession. He has taught for more than a decade at the Keller Graduate School of Management. Hoganson has 30 years of experience in investment banking and has a wealth of experience ranging from family businesses to private equity groups to large public corporations.

Lacy also has three decades in the industry, focusing on advisory services to the middle market. He has direct operating experience as a part time CFO and CMO for start ups and distressed companies. Lacy comes to DealSource Partners from Acquest International where he was managing director.
