Today Verian announced its June release of Verian 15 – the company’s cloud-based purchase-to-pay (P2P) suite. Dashboard Key Performance Indicators provide a visual status to help make quicker decisions.
- Expedited Asset Management: Automation features for asset management allow bulk editing and retagging of assets in an easy-to-use grid format to save time and improve accuracy. Bar code scanning can be used to instantly enter asset information in the system as assets are received, ensuring up-to-date item tracking.
- Easy Project-based Buying: Users now have the ability to upload lists into the shopping cart for fast and easy buying for specific projects – key for industries like construction that regularly require specific materials unique to each project, or companies expanding to new locations. Smart workflows offer seamless integration with purchase-to-pay processes and approvals to buy items in the preferred manner while tracking approvals, receipts, invoicing and reconciliation in Verian.
