Three Greenberg Traurig Attorneys are Among Nevada’s ‘Legal Elite’

According to Nevada Business magazine, thousands of attorney nominations are submitted by their peers each year, and the resulting “Legal Elite” list highlights roughly 200 Nevada attorneys who have made significant strides in their respective practices. This year, Greenberg Traurig’s Michael Bonner, Mark Ferrario, and Leslie Godfrey will be recognized for their accomplishments in the June issue of the magazine; the three selected attorneys were included in the 2014 “Legal Elite” list as well.
Michael Bonner, managing shareholder of the Las Vegas office, focuses his practice in the areas of corporation finance, corporate governance, business transactions, securities, and gaming. Bonner has served as lead counsel on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements, and a variety of financing, acquisition, and restructuring transactions for publicly-held and privately-held business entities.
Mark Ferrario concentrates his practice on complex civil and commercial litigation, including matters involving construction, securities, contracts, civil rights, election, and tort law. He regularly appears before regulatory and legislative bodies on behalf of his clients.
Leslie Godfrey’s practice focuses on representing lenders in loan workout, foreclosure deficiency action, and modification short sale procedures. In addition, Godfrey handles commercial litigation matters as well as corporate and partnership dissolution litigation.
