TCS Healthcare Technologies (TCS), a leading provider of software and clinical solutions for the care management and population health arenas, is pleased to announce new updates to the Care Enhance Review Manager Enterprise 14 and CareWebQI 7 Interface tools, both of which work with ACUITY Advanced Care. These tools have been certified by MCG and McKesson (Interqual), making them an essential addition to the ACUITY platform. Similarly, they improve the efficiency of utilization management and other care management professionals by helping them access criteria and guidelines in support of their work.
Specifically, these updates are available for use with the ACUITY 6.1 SP3 and ACUITY 7.2 systems. The interface allows demographic and admission specific information to be automatically populated to related data fields within these applications upon launching the interface. When the user completes their work in the application and returns to ACUITY, critical data elements automatically populate pre-defined fields within ACUITY to enhance reporting functionality.

All ACUITY clients who are currently using older versions of CERMe and CareWebQI are now welcome to update their CERMe to version 14 or CareWebQI to version 7 at this time. The update process will require clients to uninstall and reinstall the tools.
