DataServ Names Bill Tribout as New Client Relationship Manager
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) June 04, 2015 -- DataServ, the global Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise content management (ECM) provider of document and process automation solutions, is broadening their support staff with the addition of Bill Tribout as Client Relationship Manager. In his new role, Tribout will oversee DataServ’s Client Success Account Management and Support teams and is responsible for assuring DataServ’s clients take full advantage of the value and best practices in the company’s SaaS platform and services. In addition, his team conducts client training programs and spearheads client support efforts by executing service plans, client surveys, client assessment meetings and program development. Tribout’s efforts will help DataServ provide exceptional service to its clients.
Tribout comes to DataServ with more than 17 years of client support experience, and he has an extensive history of supporting and working within a wide range of industries, including Fortune 500 companies, government contractors, outdoor events, and more. Tribout started his career as a self-employed computer repair contractor and then went on to work for the University of Missouri - St. Louis, Insituform Technologies, Inventory Sales Company, the University of Oklahoma and Weather Decision Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma.
