Dr. Allen Huang and Dr. Jeffrey Wang of Significance Dental Specialists are excited to announce that they now accept new patients for dental implants without referrals. As board certified periodontists, Drs. Huang and Wang specialize in gum disease and tooth replacement. They are experienced in the new treatment called All-on-4™ that they offer in their Las Vegas, NV practice. This system combines the benefits of implants with the cost savings of dentures to create one of the best options available anywhere for full-mouth tooth replacement. All-on-4™ requires only four implants to replace either all upper or all lower teeth. After inserting implants into the jaw bone, Drs. Huang and Wang fashion customized dentures to adhere tightly within the mouth.

Dental implants are some of the most reliable replacements in dentistry. In addition to providing a beautiful smile, implants keep the jaw bone healthy. They consist of a metal screw that sits in the bone and a piece that holds a white crown in place. Every time patients bite or chew on implants, it causes a healthy pressure against the bone that mimics the roots of natural teeth. This continual pressure stimulates the bone to maintain its health. Otherwise, it deteriorates after tooth extractions. With All-on-4™in Las Vegas, NV, a few strategically placed implants serve as a base for removable dentures.

The dentures that are used with the All-on-4™ system are vastly different than the dentures of a generation ago. They snap into place so firmly that they do not need adhesives and they do not rub against the gums, even when eating crisp or tough foods. Another benefit is that the dentures last much longer because the fit does not change. They do not rely on deteriorating bone to support them; instead, healthy bone supports dental implants, which in turn, provide an easy grip for the removable prosthetic.

Huang and Wang provide patient educational materials that are easy to read and understand. They also welcome phone calls so they can answer additional questions.
