Subers offers readers a peek of Heaven in an imaginative, yet biblical, way

Out Of This World

I hope readers gain an excitement about the joyous life of adventure awaiting in that holy, fun, and stunningly beautiful world called Heaven, and that they would fall head over heels in love with the One who created it for us to enjoy.

Four startling deaths on four different continents begins an incredible journey of discovery, not only for the teens arriving in Heaven, but also for the families they left behind and the Guardians and demons battling for the hearts and souls of their charges. In the new book, Out Of This World, ($19.49, paperback, 9781498413466; $9.99, e-book, 9781498413473) Janice Subers moves the reader through joy and wonder, pain and doubt, and strategic warfare as she weaves three different realms together in an epic story of God’s love and faithfulness. The reader will thrill over the glories of Heaven, see life and death through a different lens, and have an awakened awareness of spiritual warfare.

“I hope readers gain an excitement about the joyous life of adventure awaiting in that holy, fun, and stunningly beautiful world called Heaven, and that they would fall head over heels in love with the One who created it for us to enjoy,” states the author. “I pray they are infused with hope and inspired to push back darkness in the power and authority they have through Jesus.”

Janice Subers is a University of Florida graduate with a degree in Speech and English. She considers herself blessed to have friends scattered across the globe, having moved over twenty times to six different states and across an ocean to Tokyo. She has served alongside her husband, Jim, as missionary to Japan, in urban camping, pastoral work, getting audio Bibles to the non-literate, prison ministry, and at Shelterwood—a therapeutic boarding school for struggling teens—where the Subers now reside. Her greatest joys are her four children and three grandchildren, and her greatest challenge has been raising a son with special needs.
