Loyalty360 – The Loyalty Marketers’ Association has launched the call for entries for the 2nd annual Loyalty360 CX Awards. The awards will showcase the customer experience strategies that are using innovative, creative, and customer-centric approaches to deliver outstanding experiences to customers and develop emotional bonds with them.
“Our inaugural Loyalty360 CX Awards were tremendously successful and we want to build on that momentum,” shared Mark Johnson, CEO and CMO of Loyalty360. “In 2014, we recognized brands like Hilton, Ford, Orbitz, Aramark, Safelite, Dell, and others for approaching their customer experience strategies in a way that sets them apart from their competitors and makes an impact on their overall business. I’ve seen brands make big strides in using new technologies and solutions to advance customer experience over the past year, so I’m excited to see the 2015 entries.”
Nominations are being accepted in five categories, including the most prestigious and comprehensive honor: the 360-Degree CX Award.
A panel of industry experts will be called upon to evaluate and score each entry, with a focus on innovation and evidence of results. The entries will be ranked based on the average score given by the jury and the top four entrants in each category will be announced in October when judging concludes. The five categories are: Customer Insights, Customer-centric Culture, Employee Engagement, Measurement and Technology. The Employee Engagement and Measurement categories are new for 2015.
“We are constantly gathering feedback from our community and we heard the need to simplify the entry process and better align the categories with how companies are approaching CX and its challenges,” added Johnson. “We’ve made the entry forms more succinct and replaced two of the categories from the 2014 awards with two exciting new categories.”
Any company with a strong customer experience strategy is encouraged to enter. Nominations will be accepted from all industries and companies of all sizes operating anywhere around the globe. The call for entries closes on August 21, 2015. A ceremony to announce and honor winners will take place during Engagement & Experience Expo 2015 in Dallas, TX.
