Allicia Hahn Joins TalentRISE Leadership Team

Talent acquisition consulting and recruitment solutions firm TalentRISE today announced that Allicia Hahn, formerly with the Jobplex division of DHR International, has joined as Managing Director.

“We are extremely happy to have Allicia on board,” said Rick Gray, TalentRISE Chief Executive Officer. “She brings extensive industry expertise and client/candidate relationships developed and nurtured over the past 20 years to help further build our consulting, on-demand recruitment and retained search businesses.”

As a Jobplex Executive Vice President since 2011, Hahn led business development and full life cycle recruitment at the "emerging leader" and senior management level, serving a broad range of client needs including human resources, marketing, supply chain manufacturing and information technology sectors.

Prior to that, she was Vice President of Talent Management at HUB International, a $900 million privately held insurance brokerage with 4500 employees across North America, where she led the development and alignment of recruiting, performance and succession management strategies and systems.

Previously, at Pepsico, the $4.5 billion global bottler and distributor of Pepsi brand food and beverage products, she led the execution of global talent management programs for goal setting and performance management, succession planning, organizational health surveys and new hire on-boarding processes. She also managed staffing and recruiting strategy, process and tools supporting a decentralized recruiting model for 14 U.S. divisions comprised of 3,000 salaried and 11,000 hourly employees.
