"It is an honor to be recognized by TripAdvisor for this consistent performance. We highly value our guest feedback and how it shapes the way we provide hospitality to our guests." - Debbie Wardrop, The Resort at Port Ludlow General Manager

The Resort at Port Ludlow is proud to announce its fifth consecutive win of the TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence and induction into the Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame. Only businesses who have won the Certificate of excellence for five consecutive years can be granted this accolade. Out of all the 2015 Certificate of Excellence award winners only 9% qualified for the Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame.

TripAdvisor is the world’s largest travel site allowing travelers to plan and book the ideal vacation. TripAdvisor relies on review ratings, overall ratings, quantity, and recency of reviews to determine Certificate of Excellence honorees. To qualify a business must maintain an overall rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews, and have been listed on TripAdvisor for the last year.

President of TripAdvisor for Business, Marc Charron details the importance of the Certificate of Excellence, “By putting a spotlight on businesses that are focused on delivering great service to customers, TripAdvisor not only helps drive an improvement to hospitality standards around the world, it also gives businesses both large and small the ability to shine and stand out from the competition.”

The Resort at Port Ludlow is a Master Planned Community that is nestled on the shores of the Puget Sound, less than 10 minutes from the west end of the Hood Canal Bridge. Once a logging and ship building town, Port Ludlow has grown into a vibrant community that hosts beautiful residential neighborhoods, a 37-room boutique waterfront inn, an award winning restaurant, a 300-slip marina, and a championship 18-hole golf course, recognized as the “Most Scenic in the World” by Esquire Magazine.
