Paul Freudenberg Joins Advisory Board of Ameritas Technologies, Will Play Key Role In Strategy and Business Development

Ameritas Technologies is excited to announce that industry veteran, Paul Freudenberg, is joining the Advisory Board of the firm and will play a key role in strategy development and business development.

Ameritas Technologies, a pioneering firm in the domestic IT service industry, is pleased to announce that Paul Freudenberg, a highly successful, long time IT services veteran is joining the Advisory Board of the Baton Rouge based consulting firm. In addition, Mr. Freudenberg will play a key role in developing strategic alliances and business development as the firm scales up its operations and expands its service offerings.

Paul Freudenberg started his career in providing strategic information technology solutions as one of the first ten employees of Mastech. He very quickly became and remained one of Mastech’s top sales producers. Mastech became iGate which was recently acquired by Capgemini for $4 Billion. Paul was the co-founder and president of Rapidigm, Inc. which became the 3rd largest, privately held IT services firm in North America with over 3,500 employees. All of Rapidigm’s growth was organic in nature, until it was acquired by Fujitsu in 2006. Most recently Paul was the co-founder and president of Sparta Consulting. Sparta grew to over 1,000 SAP consultants and $125 million in revenue in 5 years and was acquired by KPIT.

When people ask Paul what he has learned in the past 25 years building IT start-ups which have successfully scaled, he simply tells them, "to be a good leader, you must first become a professional enablement manager.
