The ADP SmartCompliance Tax Credits module helps provide Snagajob clients the insight to choose the most beneficial tax credit programs, based on their strategies and hiring patterns.

Snagajob, America’s number one source for hourly employers and workers, and ADP®, a leading global provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, today announced that Snagajob has integrated the ADP SmartCompliance® Tax Credits module into its Talent Management System (TMS), creating a cloud-based platform that expands current tax credit offerings to its customer base.

Through this new integration with ADP, Snagajob customers that opt in are able to take full advantage of Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC), Welfare to Work (WtW) and Federal Empowerment Zone/Renewal Community (EZ/RC) credits, as well as state point-of-hire and job creation tax credits, for which they are eligible.

“Snagajob is excited to integrate with ADP and understands the benefits of working with an HCM solutions provider to help simplify and automate tax credits,” said David Adelman, head of business development and growth strategy at Snagajob. “This new ADP relationship offers Snagajob customers even more value by helping clients capture tax credits for which they are eligible.”

Employers can often miss out on tax credits and incentives simply due to the vast amount of time and resources it can take to keep up with the changing regulations and nuances of each program. Employers can now gain peace of mind knowing that Snagajob will establish an integrated process using ADP’s technology and expertise to help clients identify tax credit eligibility.

“The ADP SmartCompliance Tax Credits module helps provide Snagajob clients both the insight to choose the most beneficial tax credit programs, based on their strategies and hiring patterns, as well as the technology and service needed to help administer and maximize the value of those programs,” said Kathy Schrieffer, senior director of Strategic Alliances at ADP.
